Refund and Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. But, due to the nature of our programs some items are not returnable.

Gear

Any purchase through our gear store may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items that are customized or personalized are nonrefundable and can not be returned.

Leagues, Camps and Clubs

Our Leagues, Camps, and Clubs have limited availability and our refund policy is as follows:

Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase
50% refund available up until 30 days prior to the league or club
50% refund on summer camps until May 1
Within 30 days of a league or club, there is no refund available.
After May 1, there are no refunds available for summer camps.

Bookings

Bookings for open gaming, PCs, racing simulators and golf simulators are nonrefundable. Management may, at its discretion offer you a credit towards a future booking.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are nonrefundable.

Birthday Parties, Private Events & Corporate Events

A $50 deposit is required to book a birthday party. Should you need to cancel a birthday party, we will return your deposit if the event is more than 30 days prior to the party. Any cancellation within 30 days will forfeit the deposit.

A $100 deposit is required to book a private event. Should you need to cancel the event, we will return your deposit if it is more than 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellation within 30 days will forfeit the deposit.

A $500 deposit is required to book a corporate event. Should you need to cancel the event, we will return your deposit if it is more than 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellation within 30 days will forfeit the deposit.
