What is Uplink?
Uplink is a network of community esports training centers and entertainment arenas designed to enable players of all ages to train and compete in a professional environment that focuses on building better gamers and better human beings through our virtuous gaming model. Our model not only improves their skills in-game, but it helps gamers build self-esteem and confidence while teaching the soft skills necessary to guide them successfully through life.

CEO
Derek is the Master Chief of Uplink. Prior to founding the company he led corporate and product strategy for a SaaS-based analytics company which sold to PE in 2021. His career has been spent leading VC-backed startups. He plays Halo, Fortnite and iRacing and has 3 children. Derek lives in Chester Springs, PA.
Sparky
CRO
Don't blink or you'll miss him! Sparky is our CRO and is responsible for corporate sponsorships and partnerships. He loves Tiger Woods golf and iRacing. He lives in Chester Springs, PA with his wife and 2 children.

Operations Manager
Kelly joins Uplink from a career dedicated to having a positive social impact. She is responsible for STEM and Youth programming as well as staff development. Kelly lives in Pottstown, PA with her 3 children.
Crate
Coach
Alex "Crate" comes to us as our Coach of coaches. He was a scholarship Overwatch player for Harrisburg University and peaked at 9th in Overwatch. He also holds high ranks in LoL, Val and Rocket League. Not only is he a great player, he is an even better coach!
