Before Uplink: Quiet, Reclusive, and Disconnected

Before Gavin joined Uplink, he struggled socially. He often kept to himself, avoided conversations, and preferred playing video games alone, away from others. While he had talent in gaming, he lacked the confidence to share that part of himself—and school felt like a place where he didn’t quite fit in.

But everything began to change when Gavin became part of Uplink’s esports program.
