About Uplink & Extra Life

A Uplink our mission is to make better gamers and better humans.  One of the ways we do that is by focusing on service to others.  Every year we host a 24 hours of gaming charity event.  Our event is run through Extra Life, a program of Children’s Miracle Network and all proceeds benefit the Child Life Services at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.  In just 3 years we have raised over $60,000!

We also travel to Extra Life United for their annual tournament to raise even more money and its a great opportunity for Uplink kids to meet some of the “Champions” who have been patients at a CMN hospital.
